The tracker has no Stackcutify account or subscription-data backend. Your subscription list and settings are stored in your browser. Stackcutify does not connect to banks.
What the web app stores
The app stores subscription names, prices, billing cycles, usage/category choices, trial flags, renewal dates, and audit decisions in this site's browser localStorage. It does not upload these records. Clearing app data removes the saved list. The AI usage CSV is parsed in memory in the current page and is not saved by the tracker.
Browser extension
The extension stores its tracked tools in Chrome's local extension storage. On its supported AI service domains, a small content script reads the current hostname to recognize a service and add its name locally. It does not read page contents, email, or billing data, and does not transmit browsing activity. The extension does not run on bank sites.
Files and notifications
Exports are created only when you click an export button. Free exports omit service names, exact prices, and renewal dates; Pro exports include the full records. Imported usage CSV content is processed locally. Renewal notifications use the browser Notification API and are checked only while the app is open; they are not scheduled by a server or background process.
Email and bank access
There is no Gmail integration and the app requests no Gmail permissions. There is no bank-linking integration or bank-connection code in the tracker or extension. If an optional Gmail connection is built in the future, its only requested Gmail scope will be gmail.readonly; raw email bodies will not be stored.
Network requests and payments
The tracker app itself uses locally served HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and catalog data. The separate Pro checkout page loads PayPal's checkout service when you visit it; PayPal processes payment under its own privacy terms. No tracker data is sent to PayPal by the app. The browser extension may contact the AI services you choose to visit as part of your ordinary browsing.

Catalog prices are reference estimates, not vendor quotes. Check the vendor's current plan and enter the amount you actually pay.
